Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct gutter and drainage visits based on a scheduled timetable, ensuring work is completed efficiently.
- Provide quotes and identify any additional gutter issues needing attention.
- Generate accurate reports using our mobile app system.
- Use your expertise in drain cleaning and unblocking to resolve issues.
- Maintain a safe driving record, with excellent knowledge of London’s streets.
- Undertake planned preventative maintenance and ad hoc repairs as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Full UK Clean Driving License (essential).
- CSCS Card (desirable; we can train if needed).
- 2-4 years’ Experience in Gutter & Drainage work, with knowledge of materials, tools and techniques for gutter cleaning and repairs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: £25,000 – £37,000 per annum (DOE).
- Holiday: 20 days annual leave + bank holidays.
- Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (with occasional weekend work subject to agreement).
- Overtime: Available on occasion, depending on business needs.
