You’llleverage your expertise to understand customer needs and present tailored solutionsfrom our diverse product range.Beyond direct sales, you’ll collaborate closely with our Territory Team, contributing totheir success by providing sales training, coaching, and skill development.Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales & Service: Develop and execute an annual sales, service,and activity plan to ensure targets are met and workflows are optimized. Lead Generation & Acquisition: Proactively generate new leads andexpertly follow up on referrals to drive new customer acquisition. Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage a portfolio of introducersto strengthen customer relationships and boost revenue. Customer Experience Enhancement: Continuously improve the customerjourney for both new and existing clients, increasing product uptake andfostering long-term loyalty. Tailored Solutions: Understand and address customer product needs tobuild enduring, customer-centric relationships with bespoke financialsolutions. Proactive Financial Guidance: Provide proactive and reactive support,ensuring customers meet their financial arrangements in line with their goals. Operational Efficiency: Drive process improvements to maintain allcontrollable costs within agreed budgets. Marketing & Sales Initiatives: Implement local marketing and salesinitiatives to maximize the return on investment for new products. Continuous Development: Commit to ongoing professional developmentthrough feedback and self-reflection, ensuring your skills remain cutting-edge. Performance Alignment: Partner with the Territory Sales Manager toestablish a clear annual performance plan and achieve shared goals. Team Development: Plan and deliver comprehensive Territory sales training,coaching, and Affinity scheme programs to ensure the team is fully equipped. Product Expertise: Ensure you and Field Advisors are consistently upskilledon current and new product ranges to effectively present and sell tocustomers. Complaint Resolution: Efficiently manage and resolve customer complaints,ensuring a positive outcome.What You’ll Bring Full QFA Qualification: With all relevant CPD hours up-to-date,demonstrating a deep understanding of financial policies, procedures, andregulatory controls. Full, Valid Driver’s Licence: Essential for covering agreed territories. Market Acumen: Strong awareness of competitors and market activity withinretail financial services. Proven Experience: Several years of demonstrated compliant experience inretail finance sales and service.
