Salary: 60,000k+

Mississauga location company in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. If you have 3 years of business-to-business customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you.

What Does the Company Offer:

  • Onsite, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

What’s The Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Process customer orders via phone, email and EDI
  • Ensure customers’ questions/inquiries are addressed
  • Update customers of all new promotions and product releases
  • Work with internal departments to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and provide updates to customers
  • Order processing and ensuring inventory is available
  • All other duties assigned by management

Qualification Of the Role:

  • 3+ years of experience working in a business-to-business customer service role
  • Strong MS Office and EDI skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Manufacturing industry experience is preferred
