- Market and actively sell vehicles to maximise sales and ensure all targets and KPIs are achieved
- Promote the sale of accessories and service packages
- Have a strong understanding of financial and insurance products, ensuring accurate information is provided when negotiating deals
- Assist and monitor performance figures, statistics and plans for the dealership on an ongoing basis
- Supply forecasting trends and address shortfalls if applicable
- Support management to help coach and develop the skills of the sales team
What we need from you:
- You must be a highly successful Sales Manager within the automotive industry
- A full UK driving licence
- Driven to exceed set sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to lead by example
- Exceptional interpersonal and team skills
- Committed to delivering exceptional levels of customer service
- Have a complete understanding of Inventory management
- Fluent in purchasing used car stock
- Understanding of Competitor strategies
- Keep on top of Market conditions
- Work to a Pricing Strategy
- Competent in Vehicle valuations
- Vehicle presentation
- An understanding of Digital Presence
- Work to a High Preparation standard
- Previous Experience with a Volume brand
- Deal book management
