About the Role
Our client seeks a dynamic senior Account Manager with expertise in delivering creative campaigns to all sectors in particular the construction industry on an integrated marketing level. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies across various social media platforms. Your efforts will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Devise comprehensive strategies for B2B including digital activation strategies (understanding Google ads and Paid advertising), focusing on audience targeting, user journey optimisation, and engagement rates.
- Collaboration: Work with clients and internal teams to evaluate briefs, select suitable channels, and deliver impactful results.
- Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across all platforms.
- Optimisation: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign performance.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage ad budgets to maximize ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with content and design teams to create compelling ad content and visuals.
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Strategic Recommendations: Provide insights to improve strategies, ad creatives, and targeting.
- Landing Page Management: Ensure landing pages are optimised to improve conversion rates.
- Content development: Managing and planning content, from moving image to static, implementing targeted messaging.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years in an agency environment.
- Proven experience managing budgets and achieving positive ROI from ad campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience leading projects from conception to completion.
- Proficiency in analytics and ad management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and compelling ad copywriting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
