A prestigious firm is seeking a Legal Assistant with post-completion experience to join their real estate finance team permanently in London.The Firm:
The award-winning full-service law firm, recently ranked as a leading firm for 2024 by Chambers and Partners, is renowned throughout the UK for its expert support for clients which range from private individuals, SME, and major national and international corporations.Responsibilities:
The successful Legal Assistant will manage post-completion tasks for their leading real estate finance team, which includes:
- Registering security at Companies House and preparing applications at the Land Registry.
- Handling requisitions.
- Serving security notes.
- Preparing document bibles.
- Handling file closures.
- Managing account balances.
- Notifying the Post Completion Paralegal of any risk of removal from lender panels.
Your application:
- Law degree or equivalent qualification is essential.
- Minimum 12 months’ post completion experience either as a legal admin, assistant, or paralegal.
- Experience with the Land Registry and Companies House.
- Ability to work fully office-based during the initial settling-in period, with hybrid working thereafter.

- £28K-£34k per annum, depending on experience (12 months – 2 years+) plus benefits.
