Job description
My client, a market leader in the fuel industry, is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team based in Mullingar, Westmeath. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position.As the Office Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to cross-functional teams including Sales, Accounts, Production & external suppliers.Tasks & Duties
- Assist the Sales department by processing orders through the ERP system and coordinating logistics.
- Deliver excellent customer service, promptly addressing any concerns or queries in a professional manner.
- Assist in issuing customer invoices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases.
- File management including scanning and indexing documentation.
- Any ad-hoc duties as they arise.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy administrative position.
- Excellent administration skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Candidate must currently reside within a commutable distance with full working rights.
Expected salary
€28000 – 30000 per year
