Your schedule

We offer 2 types of schedules:

• A part-time schedule for a minimum of 20 hours per week, depending on your availability
• A full-time schedule of 35 or 40 hours per week

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 10:45 a.m. to 7:45 p.m.

At belairdirect, you will benefit from a hybrid work option that will allow you to balance your professional life and your family life (or your studies)!

Workplace: Teleworking in hybrid form one of our offices: Montreal, Laval, Quebec or Ottawa.

As a Telesolutions Advisor, your days will consist of:

• Call existing or potential clients to gauge their interest in discussing their insurance needs with your fellow certified agent
• Build strong relationships with clients to transfer them to certified agents as quickly as possible
• Promote our products and services and be a loyal brand ambassador
• Take part in projects within your team
• Promote our digital tools

You could be our ideal candidate if you are:

• Bilingual; to serve our diverse clientele. Requires answering calls and providing services to English-speaking customers on a regular basis
• Good communicator; to quickly capture customers’ attention
• Full of energy and dynamism; to fit in with your new team
• A stable internet connection (minimum speed of 30Mbit/s) is required
• No call center experience required, no Canadian work experience required, but authorization to work in Canada is required
