CASA & Cross Sell is one of the important balance sheet and P&L item for Agri Finance Group. Group’s focus is to synergies the existing relationship, deepen & explore CASA opportunities thereby improving profitability and stickiness per client
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for overall CASA Book & Asset Cross Sell of Agri Customer
- Ideate strategy for incremental CASA business including formulating contests and team engagements
- Appraising management on the existing book and ways to improve CASA and Asset Cross Sell
- Preparing review presentation and various reports on key business parameters to facilitate decision by Management
- Taking feedback and ironing out the serving issue, if any with respect to CASA and Asset Cross Sell
- Mapping Eco-system with portfolio clients to increase wallet share
Job Requirements
- Postgraduate MBA/CA
- 5 to 6 Years of experience in related field or prior experience managing Branch
- Understanding RBI/Bank Internal guideline related to CASA or Asset Cross Sell polices
- To be Self-motivated & high on energy with proficient communication skill (oral and written)
- Should have both liability & asset product knowledge
- Understanding market and customer segment
