Scrum Master – 39803 – £32.27/hr umbrella rateDo you have Scrum Master experience, and are you seeking a new contract role in Coventry? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Scrum Master, and the role comes with a umbrella contract rate of £32.27 per hour (Inside IR35).As a Scrum Master, you will be working in the Engineering Operations Team. The role requires you to be confident in your work and be a natural communicator.If you were already in this Scrum Master role, here are some areas you would have worked in this week:
- Enable the roll out and formation of a scaled agile framework, designed to enable seamless integration with the Agile transformation that has already begun in Powertrain.
- Work closely with Squad and Group Scrum Masters to ensure that they understand and follow agreed Agile processes, swiftly removing obstacles and distractions that may impede the team from meeting their goals.
To apply for this Scrum Master role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:
- Prior experience working in a senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach role, ideally within Automotive Engineering.
- Experience in enterprise level stakeholder management
- Expert knowledge of Agile principles and their practical application
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with others across the business, escalating and resolving obstacles with urgency and tenacity.
- Qualified Experience of Agile at Scale (e.g. Leading SAFe).
