A stellar opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead the regional HR department in a well known company within the hospitality industry, which is expanding.
- Shape the company’s human resource strategy.
- Adapt to the region and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare the pre-opening budgets and HR strategy plans for each opening in the region.
- Oversee talent management, including recruitment, training, and development.
- Design Employee’s benefits and compensation plans.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture
- Be a leader for the different HR Directors from each business unit.
- Collaborate with other departments and senior profiles to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Monitor HR metrics and report on performance
- Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Support and promote HR culture internally and position the brand reputation as “Best place to work”
Regional Role covering the European Market. |Based in BarcelonaA successful VP of Human Resources should have:
- A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a top Human Resources role within the hospitality Industry (Hotels & well known restaurant groups).
- Previous experience managing big operations (6/8 hotels) or complex / cluster roles in well-known hotel brands.
- Pre-opening Experience.
- Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good understanding of data analysis and performance metrics
