You have a proven professional and academic educational background in testing. You manage uncertainties and make them transparent and in doing so, you do not believe in best practices because every question requires a specific approach.You are challenged daily by the versatility and complexity of the profession. You observe quality by telling a compelling story about testing and not by running metrics. You are (self) critical, analytical and a quality thinker and can translate and aggregate detailed test results to epic level. You communicate seamlessly between different parties and can align different views on risks. Ability to understand the testing needs in both an Agile and Waterfall approach.What do we expect?The Initiative Test Lead is responsible for the strategic test approach on initiative and epic levels, including a regression strategy.Where needed the test manager will create level test plans and puts in place a governance and reporting structure that fits into the existing master test plan. In addition to that, the test lead will organize and lead risk sessions and attend refinement sessions on initiative/epic levels. The initiatives require solid, close and frequent alignment with initiative owners, po’s, peers, the QA chapter lead and test coordinators.The test manager reports to the QA chapter lead and aligns chosen strategies and governance setup.Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for a strategic test approach that fits in the existing master test plan.
• Creates level test plans where needed.
• You align test scope, based on changes and risk assessments and prioritized accordingly together with the PO.
• You align Test data, test automation and test environment requirements based on test scope together with the SME-test leads.
• Test results and defects are managed in dashboards, discussed and assessed together with the PO.
• The test lead organizes system integration tests with depending on squads around virtual teams and works closely together with stakeholders and other test leads.
• Create virtual teams and align resources with the PO’s and SME test leads.

This is you:

• You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent due to experience, and a passion for testing.
• Proven professional and academic educational background in testing.
• You’re a test professional, with a proven track record of leading a testing team in large programs.
• You have proven skills in exploratory testing and risk assessment.
• You lead the team in a quality driven mindset.
• You have proven experience with regression testing, test reporting and risk assessments.
• You are a critical thinker, and your capabilities give insight into the quality and value of a product to help the PO in decision-making.
• You’re not going for a status quo. You are ambitious and eager to learn.
• You combine strong analytical skills with a creative and positive mind.
• You have strong spoken and written communication skills, with a solid knowledge of English
