– Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
– Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
– The ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
– A professional demeanour, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.In this role, responsibilities will include:
– Providing comprehensive administrative support to partners and legal teams.
– Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
– Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements.
– Liaising with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
