Our team of IT professionals build solutions and critical business applications to digitally transform the way we do business.We are seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to lead an Agile team and drive the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in technical team leadership, people management or scrum team leadership with a strong passion for technology. This opportunity has extensive growth plans with scope to develop and scale a best-in-class digital transformation project.The Role
- Lead & manage a Delivery team of software engineers, testers & business analysts (working with technologies such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, Mainframe & internal legacy applications)
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software projects.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Drive the team’s adherence to Agile development methodologies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Mentor and guide the development team, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software engineering
- Partner with the product management & Design teams to align on business requirements.
What You Offer
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering environment
- 2+ years of experience leading and managing Agile software development projects.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent leadership, technical project management, and mentorship skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience leading MuleSoft (or similar) Integration teams a distinct advantage.
