Compensation for the Business Analyst

• $75,000 – $106,000 Annually DOE

• Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid non-working holidays, up to 8% retirement contribution, annual bonus program, profit sharing

   

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst

• Discover and document current systems and process
• Identify opportunities to enhance systems to better the overall organization throughput
• Prioritize opportunities based on best benefit realization and alignment to objectives
• Develop a strong backlog for developers to execute efficiently·
• Monitor progress and report out on the delivered value
• Lead the refinement and implementation of business systems analyst best practices
• Develop team members to become more effective in identification and execution of solutions
• Collaborate on the shaping of the year to year digital strategy and long term objectives
• Participate in the support and development of systems
• To achieve business objectives, work weeks in excess of 40 hours may be required
• Push for rapid delivery and acceptance

• Other duties as assigned

   

Requirements of the Business Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or IT related field; master in business or related field preferred
• 2 Years of previous experience in business systems analyst
• Experience in translating user need into Agile methods
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Able to analyze system records and translate data
• Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all levels of management
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

• Self-motivated and self-directed
