Senior / Project Manager – Building / Construction – One of UK’s most successful Building Main Contractors – Industrial / Distribution & Logistics Centre projects.Company:Opportunity for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join one of the UK’s most successful privately owned building & civils main contractors, a company that stand out as one of the BEST employers in construction, based on the following:-Low staff turnover-Busy pipeline of work (Industry leader)-Growing business, plenty of opportunity for career progression.-Professional and friendly team environment.-Competitive salary & benefits including Car allowance and x 2 bonuses a year.-Portfolio of multi million pound projects.Location:Seeking a number of permanent Project Managers, new sites starting across a number of locations nationwide, so open to consider candidates residing UK-wide, as several vacancies available.(For candidates that are flexible to travel / stop away from home, they also offer an attractive inconvenience allowance, in addition to accommodation paid and dinner allowance)Requirements:To be considered for this Project Manager role you must meet the following criteria:– Knowledge of the Building Sector.– Previous employment as a Construction Manager, Build Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager or equivalent.–Previous Industrial and distribution centre buildings project experience would be ideal, but not essential, civils / highways projects also considered particularly transferable.– Previous main contractor employment history is essential.– Strong awareness of health and safety legislation.– High level of communication skills.– Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).Remuneration:The successful Project Manager will receive:*Competitive Basic (Dependent on experience)
