EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:Essential Qualifications/Experience:· University Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline; or Higher Secondary education and completed higher vocational training leading to a formal technical or professional certification with 2 years’ position-related experience; or a Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation in database administration with 4 years’ position-related experience
· The above education requirements may be waived if a prospective incumbent can demonstrate a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the last five (5) years in the administration and programming of the current HRDS workflow software suite, including Genpact Cora SeQuence™, as well as a Genpact certificate of completion of training on SeQuence, also within the last five (5) years
· 2+ years’ experience in the last three years as a Business Process Developer creating digitzed processes with GENPACT Cora SeQuence™ 8+ or another similar Intelligent Business Process Management System (iBPMS) as defined in paragraph 16.3.3 above
· 2+ years’ experience in the last five years as an MS SQL developer or programmer working with MS SQL 2016 or later to develop SQL objects including tables, views, and all forms of programmability objects. Experience must include using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and PowerShell scripts, and should also include SQL Job development. Note: this is not necessarily database administrator experience
· 1+ year of experience in the last five years as a web application developer delivering functionality that creates/consumes SOAP/REST API web services
· 1+ years’ experience in the last three years as a developer using Language Integrated Query (LINQ) queries in a professional, i.e., not academic, environment
· 1+ year of experience in the last three years as a web application user interface (UI) developer using JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and ASP.NET
· 1+ year of experience in the last five years as an Azure DevOps User for requirements management, project management, and testingDUTIES/ROLE:
· Design, maintain and update the BPM workflows used to support key core HRDS processes (response time is between 1 hour and 10 days)
· Develop and generate Microsoft SQL database queries, scripts, functions, stored procedures, and jobs in support of data management efforts on behalf of the NATO-wide HRDS user community (response time is within 1 and 3 days)
· Develop and generate database queries and reports in support of NATO-wide HRDS user community (response time is within 1 and 3 days)
· Support the data administration of the HRDS applications and interfaces (response time is within 1 and 3 days)
· Support the HRD branch in the collection of user requirements and the formulation of requirements and specifications in relation to workflows, database operations, and related functionality (response time is within 1 and 3 days)
· Support HRDS fielding and acceptance tests, focusing on BPM workflow integration requirements and compliance (2 test events per year)
· Provide expert BPM workflow advice in support of the HRDS Helpdesk and on-site assistance to the users (response time is within 1 and 3 days)
· Perform workflow management for the HRDS systems, including back-up procedures and integrity checking (monthly highlight report).
· Advise and support the HRDS Accounts managers related to BPM workflows roles and permissions (on demand, response time is within 1 and 3 days)
· Conduct regular audits of HRDS workflows, data and accounts to ensure correct usage and conduct (monthly audit reports)
· Assist, train and support HRD Branch staff, including other contractors, in the use and configuration of the delivered workflows and BPM software
· Assist the HRD data protection team by conducting forensic analysis on the HRDS systems’ workflows and transaction logs, and produces reports to support protection of Personal Data held in the HRDS workflows (monthly reports as required)
· Maintain and update the current library of HRDS BPM workflows across 4 networks, two available remotely. Estimate is also to produce up to 10 new workflows/year as required by the user communities and as directed by the COTR
