  • Experienced in talent management, specifically in the Telecom industry
  • Proficient in identifying and attracting top talent within the Telecom sector
  • Confident in creating and implementing effective talent recruitment plans
  • Strong in communication with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Capable of building relationships with key stakeholders in the Telecom industry
  • Knowledgeable about the latest trends and developments in sourcing and recruitment

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Develop and implement a process for filtering out irrelevant data from open sources
  • Analyze the validity of the remaining data and ensure that it aligns with the required telecom industry skills
  • Integrate the filtered data into sourcing platforms to create accurate employee profiles
  • Elevate the accuracy of employee data by regularly reviewing and updating profiles as necessary
  • Enhance the client’s understanding of the telecom industry by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to employee data
  • Attend meetings with clients to provide updates on employee data management processes
  • Interact with cross-functional teams, including HR and IT, to ensure seamless integration of employee data into various systems
