Key Responsibilities
- Policy Development and Implementation: Audit and refine company policies to ensure they’re not just compliant, but also progressive and supportive of our goals.
- Grievance Handling: Be the go-to person for resolving employee issues effectively, ensuring fairness and legal compliance.
- Team Leadership and Development: Nurture and lead our HR Coordinator, fostering an environment rich in learning and professional growth.
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that increase engagement and job satisfaction across our diverse workforce.
- Recruitment and Retention: Lead the charge in attracting stellar talent and devising strategies to keep them excited and engaged.
- Training and Development: Identify and fill gaps in skills and knowledge to prepare our team for tomorrow’s challenges.
- Performance Management: Craft performance management frameworks that align with our dynamic goals and employee development.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Use data to shape decisions, predict trends, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
About You
- Holds a minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification.
- Experienced in a senior HR role, preferably within the recruitment industry or similar fast-paced environments.
- Skilled in crafting HR policies and adept at handling complex employee relations.
- An inspiring team leader who has a track record of developing staff.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of building strong relationships across the company.
- A strategic thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach to HR management.
