We help brands grow by redefining and accelerating the digital customer experience, creating rapid value and enabling future digital business.Role overviewAs the Marketing Manager at Brandwidth Group, you will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving new client acquisition across a network of connected agencies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly the sales team, to ensure consistent and impactful messaging that aligns with Brandwidth Group’s growth goals.A profound understanding of the Group companie’s audiences and their motivations is required to effectively communicate the uniqueness of propositions, products, and services at scale to heighten awareness and lead high net-worth opportunities. Implementing robust performance metrics and global reporting systems to gauge the efficacy of campaigns is crucial to demonstrating success in the role.This role will sit within the centralised Growth team and will be supporting all agencies to develop opportunities across the Group in their areas of specialism, including DX, eCommerce, performance marketing, content, paid media and social.You will be reporting to the Growth Director.As a Marketing Manager at Brandwidth, you will:Collaboration and Communication

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with important partners across the Brandwidth Group, and Next15.

Strategy & Execution

  • Collaborate and develop a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with Brandwidth’s vision and our goals alongside Growth Director and Chief Commercial Officer
  • Oversee and manage all marketing channels, including social media, the website, CRM, PPC, PR and SEO.
  • Enhance brand visibility through targeted campaigns and strategic use of multiple marketing channels including PR, events, awards and social media
  • Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy aligned with Brandwidth’s growth strategy
  • Co-responsible for ensuring case studies, credentials and marketing collateral are being written and produced to the highest standard and updated following market trends and updates

Analysis & Optimisation

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including ROI and KPIs on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Continuously identify new opportunities for growth and new ideas in marketing practices and internal processes
  • Effectively measure all marketing activity using a variety of tools and software to constantly evaluate success, pivoting according to effectiveness in real-time.
  • Embrace client and market intelligence to hone tactics and targeting methods to improve conversion rates with the effective interpretation and application of data.
  • Ownership of agency marketing business intelligence and the regular dissemination of insights across the business.

You will bring:

  • 4 years experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within the digital innovation or tech industry at an agency
  • Experience with marketing principles, including digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
  • Skills in communication and interpersonal, explaining complex ideas to multiple partners
  • Can demonstrate experience in content production and copywriting (e.g. award entries, blog posts, eComms copy, case studies)
  • Experience managing a CRM system (preferably HubSpot) and managing eComms campaigns)
  • Experience setting up, creating and optimising PPC campaigns through Google AdWords
  • Experience in social media campaigns for awareness and lead generation (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Familiarity with the sales processes within the digital innovation or tech industry.

  • Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and utilise data for decision-making
  • Experience working with 3rd party partners such as a PR agency or technology partners.
