The client is looking for a Hotel Director to join his team in Brussels.The Hotel Director will have the following responsibilities :
- Lead recruitment efforts and foster the training, development, and motivation of the team
- Manage and supervise the organization of personnel, ensuring efficient operation
- Exhibit participatory leadership to maintain a positive work environment and set a good example
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to customers, managing complaints effectively when necessary
- Expand the customer base and explore new commercial development channels while managing online reputation and feedback
- Oversee budget preparation, credit management, and cost optimization while maintaining quality and a positive work environment
Hotel |Management
- 5 years of experience in Hotel Management
- Academic background: Diploma/Degree in Tourism
- Highly valued qualifications: Master’s in Hospitality Management or MBA
- Language proficiency: Fluency French, English. Spanish is a big plus.
