For more information on our Danone Impact Journey click the link below:Role Purpose:To deliver excellent execution within key strategic grocery & impulse channel customers. Responsible for the management and delivery of the Shopper Marketing plans across all Danone categories to amplify our consumer connections.Analytics:
- Analysis of shopper data and previous activations to provide insight for campaign plans by customer
- Monthly budget forecasting and reviews by category, adjusting accordingly based on data
- Ownership and delivery of campaign performance and target tracking
*Customer Engagement:
- Landing key initiatives across the trade
- Ensure we are the ‘supplier of choice’ by understanding best in class ways of working and consistently delivering against this
Project Management:
- Working closely with Account Managers and Marketing team to ensure the delivery of aligned and impactful brand messages at every touchpoint within specific customers.
- Working with a small number of customers to collaboratively plan and execute tailor-made shopper plans to budget, evaluating and adapting as necessary.
- Responsible for the excellent execution of new product development in specific customers.
- Tracking of the key targets (e.g. activation ROI, shopper conversion, customer touchpoints) to deliver the plan, working across functions to execute.
- Delivery of each campaign by subchannel (e.g. main estate, convenience, online etc) to maximise return on investment
Team Engagement:
- Being an active member of the Category & Shopper team
- Learning on the job from senior team members
- Supporting the Sales team to sell the vision of our plans to our customer
- Playing a role in internal business forums to champion and amplify the campaigns and learnings.
