Job Description:Private Patient Sales Advisor | Manchester | Didsbury | Full time | Permanent | 37.5 hrs per week | £23,497 per annumSpire Manchester is currently looking to recruit for a Private Patient/Customer Service Sales Advisor to join our fantastic team on a permanent basis.Spire Manchester Hospital offers a comprehensive range of specialist treatments in purpose-built private hospital facilities in Didsbury. Part of the award-winning Spire healthcare group, we’re world-class experts offering fast access to specialised and personalised healthcare using some of the latest diagnostic and treatment technologies.Working hours: Monday to Friday and shifts anywhere between 8 am and 6 pm. Occasional weekends will be required on a rota basis.Contract type: PermanentAs Customer Service/Private Patient Sales Advisor you will be responsible for professional handling of self-pay enquiries (capturing enquirer’s details, booking appointments, resolving queries, giving information, providing advice and practical help) from phone calls and emails with prospective self-pay patients.Duties and responsibilities
- Effective, professional handling of self-pay enquiries via phone calls, emails or face to face meetings with prospective self-pay customers
- Diary lead and call-back management to ensure all enquiries and post appointments follow-ups (e.g. calls, emails and face to face meetings) are completed in a proactive and timely manner
- Convert self-pay enquiries to outpatient appointments or tests or treatment in order to meet monthly conversion, self-pay revenue and admissions targets
- Maximise conversion opportunities through a high level of customer service, enquiry management, sales, leadership and mentoring skills
- Meet team and individual targets relating to conversion, revenue and appointments
Who we’re looking for
- The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills
- Strong IT and telephone skills are required
- Healthcare experience would be an advantage
- SAP knowledge would be beneficial
- Organised and with a keen eye for detail as accuracy is a key requirement for the position
