Then we welcome you in the CAE team, the core competence team of Atlas Copco Compressor Technique focused on thermal, flow and structural simulations.As expert structural simulations, you closely collaborate with product development of different divisions worldwide. You perform advanced simulations for a wide range of applications and products. You bring together the design parameters, information obtained from prototype testing and insights based on simulation models and use this to steer our product development in the right direction.Together with your colleagues, you develop the domain of structural simulations. You remain up to date with the state of the art of Finite Element and Multibody simulations, identify interesting opportunities and perform the necessary R&D projects to develop your expertise and bring our simulation capabilities to the next level.In all projects a customer focused approach is crucial. As expert structural simulations, you promote the use of CAE technology in your day-to-day contact with internal customers. You communicate clearly on the capabilities and limitations of simulations with different stakeholders worldwide. You convince your different customers of your findings.You report to the team lead of the CAE team and will work hybrid on our site in Wilrijk.To succeed, you will needAt Atlas Copco, our slogan for various positions is “hire for attitude & train for skill”.
