Working closely with business stakeholders and customers to deliver the Annual Operating Plan across all brands within your region, as well as all other international markets where relevant to support our strategic objectives.Under the proposed structure, you will be supported by both Internal and In-region Sales Managers, blended to match objectives by market. You will work across channels to identify opportunities and return on investment in each relevant market/sector, then drive the implementation plan.What you are already great at:
- Increase turnover and profitability with current customer base in defined markets by acting as the lead account manager or strategic escalation point for all customers
- Line management of Internal Sales Managers and Regional Account Managers.
- Management of all agent relationships and contracts as well as major customer trading agreements
- Create and implement an annual channel plan to meet the strategic needs of the EMEAA business
- Continually assess all geographic markets balancing current/potential revenue with investment and return. Make recommendations on future resourcing, routes to market, ability to compete, key success factors, timelines and milestones
- Provide monthly (and ad hoc) reporting on KPI’s, market feedback and progress towards strategic initiatives. Continually review and refine plans identifying opportunities to exceed and contingency plans to off-set risks
- Work with the Head of A&D to evaluate and identify potential specification leads and lead the delivery of the projects across your region
- Collaborate with other Channel Heads to identify unrealised markets such as Online and Merchants
- Champion the introduction, adoption and improvement of CRM
- Create an agenda for change, building positive attitudes to thriving in a dynamic business
- Drive continuous improvement and best practice throughout the team, introducing tools/methodologies to build engagement and develop capabilities
- Build a culture of collaboration, empowerment, support, and accountability
For this role we would need you to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent language skills in at least one European language and English
- Proven change leadership in a similar setting
- Extensive knowledge of and experience in delivering data driven solutions
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Excellent relationship management skills; adaptable to all situations/individuals
- Dexterity to manage multifaceted programs/initiatives simultaneously
- A solution focused mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Passionate about continuous improvement and people development
- The desire to assume responsibility, be accountable and lead by example
