As we deliver eCommerce into markets, you will shape, set-up and lead the complete operations for eCommerce products, following a DevSecOps approach. To ensure our clients enjoy a luxury digital experience, you will be pivotal to delivering value regularly through high-quality, robust and continually-improving digital product management. With a wide range of stakeholders within Commercial, Information Digital Technology (IDT) and JLR’s broader regional teams, this is ideally suited for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and varied environment.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- You will lead all operations for the Customer Experience team’s live eCommerce products globally, inclusive of payments and back-end finance capabilities
- Design and create the optimum operational structure for eCommerce, working closely with the Group Product Owners and Head of eCommerce in partnership with JLR’s technical partners and Information Digital Technology teams to evolve ways of working
- Lead liaison with customer support teams, ensuring customer issues and product feature requests are handled promptly and appropriately for quick review and resolution.
- Build strong relationships with Information Digital Technology stakeholders, partners and regional support teams
- You will be responsible for leading the triage, assessment, prioritisation, workload routing, delivery and deployment of the live eCommerce products globally, working closely with eCommerce Product Owners to ensure delivery squads can deliver world-class products
- Manage DevSecOps capacity within delivery squads, requiring close collaboration with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and wider stakeholders in the Customer Experience Digital Demand team
- Coach delivery squads and stakeholders to embed continuous improvement principles and drive adoption of DevSecOps, to drive performance and quality product management
- Create eCommerce operating standards and key measures to ensure teams deliver to quality, in addition to overseeing testing (including automated testing) and maintenance of systems
- Represent eCommerce at all internal quality forums including Salesforce Change Approval Board to ensure swift and efficient transport of code changes through environments
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Strong leadership and communications skills
- Stakeholder management and Interpersonal skills
- Technical aptitude, including knowledge of Agile methodology and DevSecOps principles and experience in product management
- Ability to prioritise and make decisions to maximise value delivery to clients
- Ability to problem-solve and articulate complex problem statements to business and technical stakeholders
