- Provide exceptional customer service support to clients in Irish/Gaelic.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on service best practices.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving personal and team-based performance goals.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Irish/Gaelic and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints with patience.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to meet business demands.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others, with a willingness to learn.
