• Réaliser l’interface entre les gestionnaires d’infrastructure DB Netz, NS Product Control et Infrabel, pour les circulations au nord de Bruxelles, afin de fournir au reste du collectif de notre centre opérationnel (OCC) l’ensemble des informations nécessaires à l’exploitation de l’offre Eurostar;

• Commander et adapter les sillons sur les réseaux Infrabel (Nord de Bruxelles) et DB Netz;
• Informer Infrabel, NS Product Control (en néerlandais) et DB Netz (en allemand) des modifications apportées au plan de transport;
• S’informer auprès d’Infrabel et de DB Netz de l’état de disponibilité du réseau pour anticiper des situations perturbées;
• Expertiser les choix réalisés par les gestionnaires d’infrastructure Infrabel et DB Netz pour fournir une estimation actualisée du retard des trains en circulation et à venir au Nord de Bruxelles;
• Relayer la politique d’information et de prise en charge, auprès de NS Product Control, applicable aux clients situés aux Pays-Bas;
• Communiquer (en français ou en anglais) les informations pertinentes relatives à la circulation des Eurostar au nord de Bruxelles au reste du collectif de l’OCC;
• Appliquer les procédures de gestion des anomalies qui surviennent au nord de Bruxelles afin de garantir la sécurité et la continuité de l’exploitation ferroviaire;
• Transmettre les avaries aux entités en charge de la maintenance (le fleet controller présent à l’OCC);

• Renseigner dans regularix le retard des trains circulant sur le réseau ou toutautre événement affectant la sécurité ou la sûreté d’exploitation;
• Réaliser une première enquête « à chaud » permettant d’affecter une structure responsible à chaque retard de train, celle-ci sera complétée « à froid » par les équipes de Performance & Compliance.

• Act as the interface between DB Netz, NS Product Control, and Infrabel infrastructure managers for operations north of Brussels, providing the OCC team with all necessary information for Eurostar service operations.
• Order and adjust train paths on the Infrabel (north of Brussels) and DB Netz networks.
• Inform Infrabel, NS Product Control (in Dutch), and DB Netz (in German) of any changes to the transport plan.
• Obtain information from Infrabel and DB Netz on network availability to anticipate disrupted situations.
• Assess decisions made by Infrabel and DB Netz infrastructure managers to provide an updated estimate of train delays north of Brussels.
• Relay the information and customer care policy to NS Product Control applicable to customers in the Netherlands.
• Communicate relevant information about Eurostar operations north of Brussels to the OCC team in French or English.
• Apply anomaly management procedures occurring north of Brussels to ensure the safety and continuity of rail operations.
• Report failures to the maintenance entities (the fleet controller present at the OCC).
• Record train delays on the network or any other event affecting operational safety or security in regularix.
• Conduct an initial “hot” investigation to assign a responsible structure to each train delay, which will be completed “cold” by the Performance & Compliance teams.

• Beoordeel beslissingen van Infrabel en DB Netz infrastructuurbeheerders om een bijgewerkte schatting van treinvertragingen ten noorden van Brussel te geven.
• Geef de informatie- en klantenservicebeleid door aan NS Product Control die van toepassing is op klanten in Nederland.
• Communiceer relevante informatie over Eurostar-operaties ten noorden van Brussel aan het OCC-team in het Frans of Engels.
• Pas anomaliebeheerprocedures toe die zich voordoen ten noorden van Brussel om de veiligheid en continuïteit van spoorwegoperaties te waarborgen.
• Meld storingen aan de onderhoudsinstanties (de vlootcontroller aanwezig bij het OCC).
• Registreer treinvertragingen op het netwerk of andere gebeurtenissen die de operationele veiligheid of beveiliging beïnvloeden in regularix.
• Voer een eerste “hete” onderzoek uit om een verantwoordelijke structuur toe te wijzen aan elke treinvertraging, die “koud” zal worden voltooid door de Performance & Compliance-teams.

Requirements

• Diplômé(e) Bac +5 ou équivalent, avec une solide base académique.
• Vous passez sans effort du néerlandais (minima niveau B1) à l’allemand (minima niveau B1) et maitrisez le français ou l’anglais. Si vous ne maitrisez l’une des langues, vous devez être prêt(e) et désireux(se) d’apprendre.
• Vous savez expliquer des concepts compliqués de manière claire et simple, que ce soit avec un collègue stressé, un technicien pointilleux ou un partenaire international.
• Vous transformez les situations chaotiques en défis passionnants, en trouvant des solutions précises avec aisance.
• Vous jonglez avec les urgences et ajustez les retards avec agilité, sans dévier du rythme.

The position is covered by 8-hour shifts, ensuring a continuous presence 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• Afgestudeerd op bachelor niveau (of gelijkwaardig) met een stevige academische basis.
• Je schakelt moeiteloos van Nederlands (minimaal niveau B1) naar Duits (minimaal niveau B1) en beheerst Frans of Engels. Als je een van deze talen niet beheerst, moet je bereid en enthousiast zijn om te leren.
