This is your opportunity to be part of an iconic company known for its beloved brands, rich heritage, and culture of innovation.In this exciting role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Procurement for UK&I and global procurement teams to manage logistics procurement, ensuring supply continuity, cost optimisation, and sustainable sourcing. You’ll play a key role in defining and executing the strategy that will drive our continued success in the logistics category.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end procurement process for logistics across the UK&I region, ensuring security of supply and cost efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with both global and regional suppliers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing sites, supply chain teams, and R&D partners to drive regional projects.
  • Implement innovative procurement strategies focused on sustainability, innovation, and supply continuity.
  • Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, managing supplier performance and negotiating contracts to deliver maximum value.

About You:

  • Proven experience in procurement, ideally within logistics or indirect categories.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A strategic thinker who can balance big-picture goals with operational execution.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • MCIPS certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
