Join our team as a Customer Project Manager Intern and gain hands-on experience in managing telecom projects. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
What you will learn and contribute to
As part of the team, you will:
- Dive into the telecom world: Coordinate and manage customer projects, immersing yourself in the fast-paced and innovative telecom industry.
- Client collaboration: Build meaningful relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and serving as their primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bring projects to life: Contribute to defining project scope, objectives, and timelines, ensuring efficient project execution aligned with engineering requirements.
- Team coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, allocating resources, tracking progress, and tackling any challenges that arise, all while fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Proactive problem-solving: Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues taking a proactive approach to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Document your impact: Follow best in class Nokia processes and tools to maintain all the project documents updated and properly registered.
Embrace innovation: Contribute your ideas and innovative thinking to continuously improve our project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Been enrolled in 6th or 7th semester of Undergraduate studies in Engineering (preferably in a relevant field related to technology or telecom)
- Advanced English skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency to effectively communicate with global project stakeholders and read technical documentation.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Familiarity with project management concepts.
It would be nice if you also had:
- At least Intermediate Spanish skills
- Some knowledge of Power BI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project is a plus.
