Morgan McKinley has partnered with a leading business specialising in the Medical Device sector in Galway City. Due to continued growth, they are seeking to add an Inside Sales Representative to join an expanding team.Benefits:
- Salary: €33,000 to €35,000
- Hybrid | 4 days in office, Friday work from home
- Pension
- 35-hour week
Responsibilities:
- Sales/Administration support to the wider sales team
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities,
customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
- Effectively Manage inbound sales enquiries – qualify leads and prospects through
effective questioning and active listening.
- Close sales and achieve set sales targets.
- Follow up on numerous leads, quotes, forecasts, and enquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing accurate product
information, addressing their inquiries, and offering suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to effectively present and communicate product information to potential
customers.
- Experience in the Medical Device sector an advantage but not necessary.
- Prior office administration and customer service/account management experience
