We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive global workplace, which encourages you to achieve any goals you may have, while having fun along the way!The Role:As a Customer Marketing Manager at Cognism, you will operate with a customer-centric and demand generation mindset and play a crucial role in driving upsell expansion growth within our existing customer base. Your responsibilities will include planning, implementing, and measuring multi-channel demand generation strategies to ensure our efforts are data-driven and results-oriented. As well as working across tasks in the customer marketing team helping assist with tasks that drive forwards our key pillars of customer marketing: advocacy, retention and expansion.This role will report to the VP of Marketing.Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute seamless multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting existing customers for expansion opportunity. This includes enhancing brand awareness, accelerating inbound pipeline and revenue, and consistently surpassing benchmarks on a monthly basis.
  • Strategic Thinking: Lead the strategy and execution of new campaigns as we look to grow revenue in our existing customer base. Collaborate closely with the content and paid teams to design and implement new initiatives while improving existing campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Own the reporting process for your customer expansion activities. Analyse performance data and provide insightful storytelling that informs strategic decisions and improvements.
  • Continuous Optimization: Use data insights to inform and refine new campaigns, tactics, and programs, ensuring ongoing optimisation of existing efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure you are aligned on key messaging, effective reporting practices, customer journey initiatives, and critical customer insights and collaborating with Product Marketing to facilitate quarterly product webinars and launches, and with Customer Success to facilitate weekly training webinars.
  • Assistance on Retention activity: Helping with retention activities including our annual customer summit event, monthly customer connect newsletters and organising and delivering adoption campaigns throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing and demand generation, particularly within customer expansion
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid social, SEO, events, email, direct mail and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
  • Excellent customer facing, relationship building and internal communication skills.
  • Enjoy collaboration and supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to operationalise campaigns.
  • Specific understanding and hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in SaaS marketing
  • Proficiency in using certain systems, Salesforce, HubSpot CMS, Pardot, Sequel.io is beneficial
