Job description
Lidon Group is currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic professional to lead the Marketing function across our three Retail & Convenience forecourt sites, Junction 14 Mayfield, Monread Fare & M3 Services Mulhuddart.This collaborative role, reporting to the Directors, is responsible for development and implementation of creative marketing strategies that engage customers, drive product/service awareness and growth as well as building strong brand identities across all three sites.Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with site management to develop and implement site marketing plans to drive business growth, incorporating the following areas:
- Merchandising
- Customer Service excellence
- Advertising & Site/POS signage
- Brand Awareness
- Leveraging Events & Occasions
- Loyalty & Coupon programmes
- Field Marketing & Community Engagement
- Sponsorship
- New Customer acquisition strategies
- Social & Traditional Media
- Website
- Responsible for leading the Marketing Team, managing the marketing workload and developing the team
- Responsible for interpreting insights and analytics to improve targeting, growth and customer relationship success
- Site & Management marketing reporting
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years Marketing Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest (& ideally experience) in Retail & merchandising is essential
- Keen commercial interest in business development and growth
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Motivated, positive and creative person who is passionate about customers, service and standards
- Ability to prioritise, set goals & deliver on targets
- Strategic & innovative thinker
- A team player, can contribute to overall team performance, including support and assistance to other team members
- Organisational and event management skills.
- There will be travel involved with this role so a full, clean driving license and accessibility to own car is required.
