Help strengthen our team as our Technical Business Analyst.Capita have a great opportunity to join our team as our Technical Business Analyst to be responsible for gathering business requirements and translating them into product requirements, and breaking product requirements down into lower- level requirements.You will lead requirements-related interactions with end-users and stakeholders outside our team and provide guidance and support to our other team members.

Job title: Senior Technical Business AnalystJob Description:What you will do:Working with end-users and business stakeholders to understand and help document business requirements.Taking a leading role in defining the requirements gathering and governance process.Supporting more junior team members to help them be successful.Facilitating scoping and priority setting of business requirements and evaluating their impact on the product.Investigating customer problems and opportunities using standard BA problem solving tools.Facilitate defining a technical solution and documenting this in a functional design.Coaching and challenging others in eliciting, analysing, documenting requirements for fitness for purpose, ensuring consistency and as well as adherence to project objectives.Leading the production of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports to identify areas lessons that can be learned to improve requirements analysis processes.Supporting implementation of agile working practices where required, to ensure a project team achieves success.Supporting the development of business requirements via customer meetings and customer persona workshops.What we’re looking for:Extensive & wide-ranging job experience in business analysis as well as Lead Business Analyst.Microsoft Dynamics experience.Skilled in converting business requirements to technical functional requirements, writing PBI’s and working with Developers and Testers to assure that delivered software meets the business requirements.Experience in logical data modelling / creating entity relationship diagrams.Experience in user stories and detailed gherkin acceptance criteria.Stakeholder relationship management.Experience of defining and managing solution requirementsExperience of standard agreed business analysis methods, tools and techniques such as user stories, acceptance criteria, logical data models, state transition diagrams, activity flow diagrams, behaviour driven development.Experience of leading analysis as well as performing analysis on the projectDevelop business level requirements using methods such as EPICS, Use Cases, User Stories, Wireframes, Requirements Traceability Matrices, Functional and Non-functional Requirements.Desirable Experience/ SkillsISEB BA Accreditation / BCSAbout Capita Technology and Software SolutionsCapita Technology and Software Solutions (TSS) is a newly formed global shared service, responsible for delivering innovation and digital transformation for Capita’s businesses and clients.
