What you will be doing as an HR Generalist?

The core focus of the role’s activity to run TA and L&D processes and handle internal communication and events in close collaboration with the HRBPs, employees and managers.

This will be done through the following activities:

Recruitment

• Actively participates in recruitment processes including system and people management.
• Support for end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar positions, as well as white-collar recruitment process in collaboration with HR BP and TA by engaging in talent attraction actions.

Induction and onboarding

• Conducts onboarding for new hires and leads related admin tasks.
• Work with the appropriate business managers to build complete induction plans.

People development

• Supports the implementation of the training plan by carrying out administration.
• Management of BPS training system by keeping related databases.

Personal administration

• Maintains personal data in SuccessFactors while partnering with other departments.
• Stays updated of the labor law provisions and is involved into the employees’ relations matter.

Reports and Audits

• Perform different reports – recurrent or ad-hoc and provide up-to-date documents and data for audits.

Communication & Engagement

• Internal communication related to various topics.
• Taking active part in implementing global communication materials on local level, prepares TV screen communication materials.
• Supports and implements the organization of company events.

The position is based in Martfu, it will report to our HRBP.

Some skills that would help you to carry out your everyday activity:

• University degree- preferably with a major in Human Resources, Psychology or Economy.
• 3 years of demonstrable experience in a similar position in multinational environment.
• Proficiency in English.
• MS Office- intermediate level
• Industrial experience is considered a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizing skills.
• Ability to work independently.
