If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.The Delivery Manager will define, scope and manage one or more projects of medium size/complexity and will work with senior leadership, engineering and key stakeholders to ensure technical and/or business objectives are achieved. Typical projects may include the entire lifecycle from requirements through to deployment or specific parts of the lifecycle of a larger project.Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach project teams and drive successful delivery of highest value features.
  • Develop schedule that support the business objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, and project deliverables.
  • Lead teams in implementing Scrum in order to maximize velocity. Work with Product Owner to ensure highest value features are delivered at agreed time.
  • Actively participate in assisting the team resolving issues and escalate as needed.
  • Prepare and conduct periodic project status reports to update project governance teams and executive management regularly on progress, risks and issues
  • Manages project execution to achieve highest value project deliverables within the established schedule and budget.
  • Track progress on a daily basis through burn up, burn down and velocity tracking. Understand and help manage product back log.

Experience

  • You have 12+ years of IT Project Management experience managing technology projects; 2+ years of experience in agile methodology and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile (SAFe) etc.
  • CSM, SAFe, PMP, PSM or SSM certification (preferred not mandatory)
  • Proven ability to lead groups and individuals working in different locations and time zones globally.
  • Very good experience in managing Banking Domain projects
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to drive project planning and execution process and add value beyond just a task-oriented doer or project manager.
  • Familiarity with systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Proven ability to function in a fast moving and rapidly evolving environment.
  • You have 3 years’ experience working with team(s)/project(s) and have a well-understood approach to planning and forecasting at both ticket and project level (including capacity planning, timelines, dependency management).
  • You have 3 years’ experience as a good listener with strong mediation and relationship-mending skills who can identify issues in the team dynamics and skill sets and can rectify them.
  • You have experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

It Would Be Great If You Also HadUnderstanding/exposure to Agile transformation within organization.

  • Exposure working with multi-cultural, global, and remote teams along with ability to adapt to change.
  • Working with development teams on daily basis.
  • Detailed knowledge of software development/delivery lifecycle (SDLC) & agile best practices (like DevOps, BDD, CI/CD, …).
  • Goals to pursue a PMP/SAFe SM certification.
