We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our Human Resources Team, based in Teknopark Istanbul, Kurtkoy.
Job Description
- Design and develop E2E Transport solutions for Enterprise customers (LLD /HLD),
- Conduct capacity and quality configuration audits for all transport devices within the network (Mobile Network, Routers, Switches),
- Monitor KPIs to ensure optimal network performance and proactively identify and troubleshoot any potential issues,
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new tools that optimize transport network management,
- Assist the solution and marketing teams for RFI/RFP processes,
- Develop and deliver training sessions on transport-related topics for internal and external stakeholders,
- Participate in on-site and remote customer support , and flexible to onsite customer visits worldwide to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- BSc degree from Engineering Departments, relevant to Wireless Telecommunications,
- In-depth knowledge on 2G/3G/4G/5G E2E Transport Architecture,
- Expertise in mobile network (MW) planning and optimization, with demonstrable experience using planning tools (Asset Backhaul, Atoll, Ellipse, etc.),
- Proficiency in E2E path Quality and capacity KPIs with detailed formulas,
- Solid understanding of E2E network QoS assurance methodologies,
- Hands-on experience with Transport EMS/NMS platforms (NCE, NSP, ENM…),
- Hands-on experience with RAN OSS platforms (IMaster, NetAct, ENM…),
- Experienced with GIS tools and data visualization techniques,
- Proven ability to analyze operational network environments, identify potential risks and issues, and develop solutions from both technical and operational perspectives,
- Familiar with customer experience tools, probes and benchmarking techniques,
- Understanding of network hardware (routers, switches) architecture and TCP/IP protocols,
- Proficiency in network monitoring software.: SolarWinds, Cacti, Zabbix, IPSLA, etc.,
- Familiarity with E2E IP Transport network time Synchronization (Frequency &Phase Sync, PTP, NTP),
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and spectrum allocation processes,
- Familiar with Optical network implementation,
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards: ITU, IETF, IEEE,3GPP, etc.,
- Having knowledge on network investment strategies,
- Hands-on experience with time-series data analysis and anomaly detection (pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib),
- Ability to Write scripts/prototypes for daily task automation,
- Experience with data collection methods and data parsing techniques.
- No military obligations or postponed at least 3 years,
- Strong customer relations, a positive thinker,
- Fluent in English language (writing/speaking),
- Be adaptable to varying work schedules.
Good to have:
- Radio and Core Network knowledge is a plus,
- Network certificate is a plus (Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Huawei),
- Hands-on configuration and operation with Routers/Switches,
- Fluent in Turkish language (writing/speaking),
- SQL and python knowledge,
- Graph theory knowledge + networkx,
- Linux experience.
