Our client, a company in the Banking and Finance Services sector is looking for a Financial Management Controller to join its team

You advise, discuss and challenge financial impacts and business results with Business Management
You pursue financial targets through in-depth analysis and sharing of financial knowledge
You build business plans and define ways to identify gaps, opportunities looking for efficiency optimization
You support the preparation of monthly and yearly accounts and compliance of Business Finance processes, standards and systems
You complete financial analysis, identify and manage financial risk
You have daily contacts with Operational Entity Management

You possess a Master’s degree; Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent
You have at least 5+ years work experience in Business Consultancy on complex projects in Banking & Financial Services sector
You speak Dutch and French fluently English is an asset
You are able to make accurate and relevant financial analysis, assessments and judgments
You possess strong communication, listening and negotiation skills
You have an excellent analytical mindset & high motivation
