Location: Dublin 22 (Onsite)
Salary: €30,000 – €40,000 (DOE)Role Overview:The Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers while also developing new leads. You will be selling a variety of services in the vehicle department, which manages the entire asset realization process for clients, including collection, valuation, storage, re-marketing, and auctioning of vehicles. The role involves working with major fleet companies, financial institutions, motor dealer networks, and private sellers. It is both customer-facing and operational, suited to a motivated and organized individual.Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Sell services within the Vehicle Department
- Develop new customer leads and engage with potential vendors
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
- Support daily operations of the vehicle auction department
- Learn auctioneering skills through comprehensive training
- Attend offsite meetings with vendors and customers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales environment (experience in the motor or van industry is a plus, but not essential)
- Proven sales track record with a customer-focused mindset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn auctioneering
- IT proficiency
- Flexibility with working hours
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
