Our set of solutions and services are designed to enhance productivity and customer service through automating and streamlining tasks– from back-office functions such as accounting, financials, payroll, inventory, and patronage to operations such as grain handling, crop planning, precision analysis, bin management, traceability, retail transactions, and fuel tracking.
The Position:
We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires a professional who can cover multiple aspects of our business operations, including site optimization, implementations, third-tier support, consulting services, process mapping, and answering general how-to questions. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, customer-focused, and able to handle various tasks determined by our clients’ needs.
General Responsibilities:
- Site Optimization: Analyze and improve the performance of client sites using our software solutions.
- Implementations: Lead and assist in the deployment of software solutions for new clients and upgrades for existing clients.
- Third-Tier Support: Provide advanced support for complex issues that cannot be resolved by first and second-tier support teams.
- Consulting Services: Offer expert advice and solutions to clients, helping them maximize the value of our software products.
- Process Mapping: Document and analyze client business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- General Support: Respond to and resolve general how-to questions and issues from clients.
- Client-Determined Tasks: Perform other tasks and responsibilities as determined by the specific needs and requirements of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- 1-3 years’ experience working with the AGRIS or oneWeigh suite of products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a software or agricultural business environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with site optimization, software implementations, and technical support.
- Knowledge of process mapping and business process improvement techniques.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Familiarity with agricultural business operations and software solutions.
- Experience in consulting services.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
- Up to 25% travel may be required.
- Remote-based position.
