OpportunityMy client is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to lead various corporate finance projects, including M&A support, debt advisory, corporate structuring, and business valuations.This role involves managing a team of newly qualified and part-qualified professionals, requiring strong leadership and people management skills. Reporting to the Corporate Finance Director, the successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering diverse engagements for a top-tier business advisory firm in Ireland, serving clients from SMEs to multinational corporations.Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate finance engagements and manage project teams to ensure high-quality client service within deadlines.
- Conduct detailed financial analyses and produce comprehensive reports for clients.
- Act as the primary client contact, attending meetings and presenting findings.
- Participate in negotiations and provide strategic advice to clients and senior partners.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, offering guidance and training.
- Manage work-in-progress and debtor ledgers in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key intermediaries.
Skills and Qualifications
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification (2-5 years post-qualification experience).
- Experience in corporate finance (audit backgrounds accepted).
- Strong financial modeling and analytical abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven project management experience and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
