The Opportunity: 

Senior level position that reports to the Manager of IT Telecom Services. Responsibilities focus on Mobile Services. The position involves interaction with external vendors as well as internal OpenText customers that require Mobile support.

You Are Great At:

• Manage relationships with international carriers to obtain refreshed pricing for cost control on our mobile lines.
• Day to Day support for mobile users
• Monthly Mobile reporting 
• Acquisition integration
• Other projects/tasks as assigned

What It Takes:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English
• 5-7 years relevant experience in telecommunications.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of International countries/locations.
• Well-developed interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize work load and tasks to meet established deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing project/assignments.
• Strong math skills.
