Our client who are a Main Contractor established over 85 years within the Irish construction Industry are seeking a talented Site Manager to join their team. This is a permanent position and is based in Roscommon on a Healthcare Project.Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the work of subcontractors
- Giving daily site briefings to the workforce prior to starting work.
- Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project to ensure timely successful completion
Requirements
- Third level qualification (or equivalent) in Construction/Civil Engineering or Trade background
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, health & safety, Environmental and legal regulation
- Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook
