- Experienced at optimising the Customer Journey
- Strong background in User Experience
- Analysing online sales data and website performance metrics
- Generating actionable insights to improve ecommerce strategies
- Collaborating with the marketing team to drive online traffic and conversions
- Reporting on ecommerce performance
- Campaign planning, development and user journey analysis
- Performance and functionality suggestions
Requirements:
- 4+ Years’ eCommerce Experience
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- High standard of analytical skills GA4, GTM / Other
- Strong excel skills with the ability to quickly isolate data and insight
- Ability to own projects / work as part of team
- Ambitious and bring passion to the role every day
