Job Title: Health & Safety Officer
Salary: €40k – €42k
Location: Meath / North DublinOverview:
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Health and Safety Officer to join our client who is one of the leading companies operating in Energy and Telecommunications sectors in Ireland. The successful candidate will become a key member involved in numerous Utility projects nationwide reporting directly to the Health & Safety Manager. You must have experience in Construction or Utilities Industry.Responsibilities:
- Supporting with the design, implementation and monitoring of Health and Safety strategy and policies.
- Ensuring the management of safety throughout all phases of all projects.
- Guiding and advising employees at all levels on Health and Safety matters.
- Support Project Managers on Health and Safety matters, as required on Accident / Incident Investigations.
- Site Inspections and Audits to monitor the process and safety standards.
- Identifying training needs and development of training programmes in consultation with managers and supervisors.
- Completely related Health and Safety data and documentations as the company.
Requirements:
- Relevant third level Qualification in Health and Safety.
- Full Clean Irish License.
- 3 + years’ experience in a similar role.
