Seeking an experienced Level 2 Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support, manage system maintenance, and troubleshoot IT issues.Role: Infrastructure Support Engineer – Level 2Type: Contract – 6 months (Possible extension)Location: Dublin, Ireland (Fully on-site)Key Responsibilities:
- Replace campus PCs with Windows 11, following established guidelines.
- Monitor the rollout, troubleshoot issues, and report progress to stakeholders.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for Windows OS and applications.
- Collaborate with IT teams and maintain system documentation.
