Site Agent/ Site Manager – Co. Kildare and Co. CarlowSalary: €70K – €75KCompany Overview:A well-established privately owned company with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. They provide building services in the commercial, industrial, education, conservation, residential sectors in partnership with both government bodies and private clients.Job Summary:We are recruiting a Site Agent/ Site Manager for our client. This is a full-time position, suited to an experienced, ambitious and highly motivated Site Agent/ Site Manager, who will be reporting to the Management. The projects are based in Kildare/Carlow/Kilkenny areas.Your responsibilities are as belowKey Responsibilities:
- Working on New Build green field residential development and conservation work
- Supervision of sub- contractors with an emphasis on quality standards
- Quality control and documentation
- Ensuring all contractors on site are working to the latest set of construction drawings / details.
- Keep a daily diary of all relevant events.
- Liaise with client’s representatives/Design Team members as appropriate.
- Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards.
- Developing risk assessments & method statements
- Weekly toolbox talks
- Ordering and control of materials on site
Qualification and Experience:
- 5+ years Site Management experience with Main Contractor
- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
- Experience in Microsoft Office & other essential computer programmes
- Ability to provide evidence to inspect & record all of requirements mentioned.
