Our healthcare practice has unrivalled depth and breadth working with local and international healthcare organisations in the public and private sector. Our team has been involved in many of the leading Irish medical negligence cases instructed by public and private insurers.The successful candidate will provide advice, assistance and representation to a range of our healthcare clients. Most particularly, they will defend the interests of hospitals and healthcare practitioners in medical negligence litigation before the Circuit, High and Supreme Courts. They will liaise closely with our clients and advise on the most effective and efficient mechanism to manage and resolve claims.
