Due to Continued growth, our client a leading and prestigus private bank is looking to hire a VP level private banking professional to join thier leading team.As a Private Banker, your key responsibility will be to grow, manage, and maintain a portfolio of ultra-high net worth clients and family offices within European region. Leveraging an established network of contacts, you will drive the bank’s expansion in this market. You will collaborate with your team to meet targets related to client acquisition, net new assets, credit, investments, and revenue growth. Fluency in English (relevant regional languages is a strong plus), along with experience in managing and monitoring risk within a client portfolio. Your performance will be evaluated on critical skills such as risk management, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technical proficiency.The role is based in Dublin.Role Purpose:To provide tailored solutions to customer queries, ensuring personalized engagement across multiple communication channels.Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients across digital channels to customize each interaction.
  • Drive improvements in the bank’s digital capabilities by identifying and addressing technology gaps.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by resolving inquiries, issues, and handling client requests in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and risk management, to meet client expectations and ensure accurate, timely transaction execution.
  • Provide support to business operations, including risk management, compliance, and collections.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal customer care policies.
  • Resolve customer queries effectively while personalizing interactions through various communication platforms.

Vice President Responsibilities:

  • Advise senior management and key stakeholders on the impact of functional and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Assess and mitigate risks, supporting the control and governance agenda.
  • Demonstrate leadership by managing risk and enhancing controls in your team’s operations.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the organization by demonstrating a strong understanding of the business’s goals and functions.
  • Collaborate with different departments to stay aligned with ongoing business strategies and activities.
  • Develop solutions through advanced analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, using negotiation and influence to achieve business objectives.
