Description

We are seeking an Entry Level Accountant to join an expanding team with a prominent organization in the Hershey, PA area. In this role as an Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including but not limited to, preparing financial statements, reconciling bank accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements

• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements

• Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations

• Assisting with tax preparation and filing

• Performing other accounting duties as assigned

Requirements

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks is a plus
